Toxic Cigarettes

Did you know that a single cigarette contains more than 400 toxic chemicals? Let's take a look at what is actually in them. For a start it in nylon, embalming fluid, herbicides, paint strippers and plastic as ingredients. That does not sound too tasty, and this is only a handful of the 400 chemicals. If you need a pick-up food from the supermarket, you probably look at the ingredients it contains before you decide to purchase. Things you are most likely tosearch are saturated fats, aspartame, or perhaps peanuts, if you have an allergy. It is a little strange that you are not the same when picking up a pack of cigarettes in supermarkets than do either. Do you see a warning that "Smoking kills" or a gruesome picture shows the influence of what smoking can do, but it is not a section on the package the list of ingredients. Actually, the package would be too small, they would have to attach a small booklet about each package.

Benzene can cause dizziness and drowsiness, irritate the nose and throat and can cause an upset stomach and vomiting. It is in waxes, resins, gasoline, and manufacture of nylon used.

Formaldehyde is a highly flammable liquid or gasand is used as a disinfectant, embalming fluid, home insulation and germicide. It can be irritating to eyes, nose, throat and lungs and cause skin allergies.

Selenium increases the risk of lung cancer when consumed in large quantities by smoking. Advantageous in very small quantities but can be a supplement as an antioxidant. Cigarettes do not count as food supplements.

Beryllium causes bronchitis or pneumonia and can scar the lungs and other organs in the body.It is used in electrical components, chemicals, X-ray tubes and ceramic.

Cadmium causes birth defects in a fetus and permanent kidney damage, anemia and loss of smell. Nickel can also damage the fetus as well as the triggers of cough, shortness of breath and fluid in the lungs. It is used in batteries, so that coins and metal alloys.

There are a number of other toxic chemicals that can be listed and summarized why they are bad for you and what they are used in the manufactureIndustry. Now you should have realized why smoking is bad for your health and that it is time to quit smoking. You do not have to try and stop on their own. You can consult your doctor and they will give you advice on how to stop smoking and have few ways to stop smoking. There are patches and gum to stop the addiction.
